The Miles Lodge No. 341 was incorporated in 1890 by Act of the General Assembly. This Act is transcribed below, and is taken from Acts of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Volume II, 1890, pages 668-9.
CHAPTER 824.
AN ACT to incorporate Miles Lodge, number three hundred and forty-one, Free and Accepted Masons.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky:
§ 1. That James W. Ridgway, Henry Samuels and J. W. Croan, and their successors in office, be, and they are hereby, constituted a body-politic and corporate, under the name and style of "Miles Lodge, number three hundred and forty-one, of Free and Accepted Masons;" and that the officers and members of said lodge, and their successors, shall so continue and have perpetual succession; and by the name and style aforesaid they are hereby made capable in law and empowered to contract and be contracted with, to sue and be sued, answer and be answered, to plead and be impleaded, in all of the courts of law and equity in this State or elsewhere; to make, have and use a common seal, and the same to alter or change at pleasure.
§ 2. The said corporation shall have the right to acquire, take and hold, by donation, gift, purchase or devise, real or personal estate; to an amount not exceeding ten thousand dollars; to dispose of, lease, sell and convey the same at pleasure. They may borrow or loan money, and take notes or mortgagees to secure the payment thereof, or may execute mortgages on the corporate property.
§ 3. The business and management of the affairs of said corporation shall be under the control of the three incorporators of the lodge named herein until their successors are elected as herein provided. Three trustees shall be elected annually from the members of said lodge, at the first stated meeting of the month of June, one thousand eight hundred and ninety, and each year thereafter, and whose duties shall be such as shall be prescribed by a majority of the members thereof.
§ 4. The members of said corporation shall have power to pass and adopt such by-laws, rules and regulations, as may be necessary for the safe-keeping of the property and other interests of the lodge, not inconsistent with the Constitution and the laws of the United States and the State of Kentucky.
§ 5. This act shall be in force from its passage.

From the Proceedings of the Grand Lodge of Kentucky, F. and A. M., Grand Annual Communication Held in Louisville, Kentucky, October 17, 18, and 19, 1899, page 79, we learn that Miles Lodge No. 341 held their meetings at Knob Creek (Cupio Post Office), Bullitt County, on the second and fourth Saturday in each month.
At that time their officers were Edward Owen, Master; John Homer, Senior Warden; Greenup H. Miller, Junior Warden; W. B. Campbell, Secretary; James H. Monroe Treasurer; Wm. N. Griffin, Senior Deacon; John T. Martin, Junior Deacon; John A. Snowden, Steward; and John H. Nicholson, Tyler.
Master Masons listed included Wm. H. Ashby, W. B. Campbell, George Ewing, R. L. Ford, Wm. N. Griffin, J. W. H. Goss, James Horine, John Homer, James H. Monroe, John T. Martin, Greenup H. Miller, Henry Miller, John H. Nicholson, Edward Owen, Robert B. Ridgway, Rea Steele, John A. Snowder, and Richard L. Tydings.
R. L. Ford, M.M., was reinstated on March 10, 1900.
Robert McNutt, M.M., died November 21, 1899.
