George W. Bowman to Robert L. Byrn - Part of Lot 41

On 4 Nov 1852, George W. Bowman sold his part of Shepherdsville lot No. 41 to Robert L. Byrn as shown below.


Bullitt County Deed Book M, Page 384

This indenture made this 4th day of November 1852 between George W. Bowman and Louisa P. Bowman his wife of the County of Bullitt and State of Kentucky of the one part and Robert L. Byrn of the same county and state of the other part.

Witnesseth that the said George W. Bowman for and in consideration of the sum of $650 in hand paid hath granted, bargained and sold and doth by the presents grant, bargain and sell unto the said Robert L. Byrn and to his heirs and assigns his store house on Main Street in the town of Shepherdsville together with the lot and appurtenances, it being part of lot No. 41 in the new plan of said town fronting on Main Street 55 feet and extending back 72 feet 8 inches, being the same part of lot No. 41 conveyed to the said George W. Bowman by Jacob Bowman's heirs by deed dated 15th day of April 1844 and recorded in Deed Book K, page 240.

To have and to hold the said lot and house and appurtenances unto the said Robert L. Byrn, his heirs and assigns against the claim of the said George W. Bowman and wife and their heis, and all other persons claiming or to claim the same. In witness whereof the said George W. Bowman and wife hath hereto set their hands the day and year first written.
