John Rickerson to John I. Rickerson - A Shepherdsville Lot

In 1871, John and Eliza Rickerson gave a Shepherdsville lot to their son John I. Rickerson. This was the same lot that James White had sold Rickerson in 1858. This deed indicates that the adjoining alley was Doctor's Alley which places this in Lot 42 (new plan).
